The statement noted that achieving stability and justice in Iran requires cooperation among all oppressed communities and democratic actors, stressing the importance of building a political future founded on equal rights and basic liberties for all.

The statement also included a direct appeal to the Azerbaijani Turkish nation, affirming the historical coexistence of Kurds and Azerbaijanis in mixed regions. It added that these areas should be governed through joint administration, equal rights, and democratic governance to ensure fair representation and coexistence between the two peoples.
Furthermore, the statement reaffirmed the Alliance’s commitment to the historic Friendship Pact between the Republic of Kurdistan and the Azerbaijan National Government, considering it a guiding framework for Kurdish-Azerbaijani relations and a basis for cooperation between the two sides.
The statement also stressed the Alliance’s commitment to peaceful coexistence with all neighboring states, explaining that lasting stability in the region can only be achieved through dialogue and mutual respect.
