The Iranian opposition group, the Society of Revolutionary Toilers of Iranian Kurdistan (Komala), announced on Wednesday that one of its headquarters in the Kurdistan Region was attacked by two drones, which it said were launched by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
In an official statement, the group clarified that the attack targeted its headquarters in the Alana Valley in the Balisan area, east of Erbil Governorate—the capital of the Kurdistan Region—at 8:40 AM.
The statement confirmed that the attack caused no human casualties and was limited to minor material damage, noting that the group’s Peshmerga forces in the area are safe.
