An Internal Security Forces checkpoint was targeted today, Wednesday, by an attack launched by an armed group at the intersection of Umm Qusayr village on the southern Tel Tamr road in the western countryside of Al-Hasakah, northeastern Syria.
Administratively, the targeted checkpoint is located within the city of Al-Hasakah, approximately 5 kilometers from the city center, at the intersection leading to the city of Tel Tamr.
