Ilham Ahmed and Mazloum Abdi Return to Syria Following a European Tour Covering Four Countries

Yesterday evening, Tuesday, the Co-Chair of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Autonomous Administration, Ilham Ahmed, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Mazloum Abdi, returned to Syria following a week-long European tour that included Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, according to media outlets close to the Autonomous Administration.

On June 17, Ilham Ahmed and Mazloum Abdi traveled to the Italian capital, Rome, where they held meetings with European officials. The following day, they proceeded to France, where they met with officials from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Élysée Palace, alongside officials from Belgium and the Netherlands.

According to sources, the European tour was dedicated to discussing several political and diplomatic dossiers; however, the details of these deliberations have not yet been disclosed, as the meetings were conducted away from the media.
