A sit-in was held in the city of Qamishlo, in Western Kurdistan (Rojava), with dozens of residents and shop owners gathering on Municipality Street in the central market to protest the continued rise in commodity prices and the worsening living conditions. Participants carried banners condemning soaring prices and the declining standard of living, while chanting slogans calling on the relevant authorities to take immediate action to curb price increases and respond to citizens' demands. They stressed that living conditions have become increasingly difficult amid the ongoing surge in the cost of living.
