Kurdish Family of Five from Kobani Countryside Killed While Attempting to Flee Raqqa
A family of five from the village of Kork, in the northeastern countryside of Kobani, was killed while attempting to leave the city of Raqqa, following the takeover of the city by the “Syrian Arab Army / Jolani Regime” forces.
According to informed sources, forces affiliated with the Damascus government carried out a field execution of the family as they attempted to flee, after which their bodies were reportedly dumped on the roadside.
The victims were identified as:

Mother: Sarah Shaheen Saleh
Youssef Mohammad Saleh
Laila Mohammad Saleh
Child: Avin Mohammad Saleh
Field reports indicate that forces backed by Turkey committed serious violations against civilians after entering the cities of Raqqa and Tabqa, particularly targeting Kurdish families. These violations reportedly included killings and forced displacement and are described as having an ethnic dimension, potentially amounting to war crimes and ethnic cleansing.
