The Alliance of Political Forces of Iranian Kurdistan stated in a declaration that the ongoing war “is not a conflict between Iranian society and its nations on one hand, and the United States, Israel, or the international community on the other.”
In its statement, the Alliance called on the people of Kurdistan to remain vigilant as events unfold. The statement indicated that the people “must remain alert as events unfold, respond to developments wisely, and align their political actions with the guidance and recommendations of the Alliance.”
The Alliance further stressed the importance of protecting infrastructure during what it described as “these days of the regime’s collapse and popular uprising.” It emphasized that “all administrative and service facilities must be safeguarded for public interest and general needs,” underscoring the necessity of preserving public institutions.

Addressing the regime’s armed forces in Kurdistan, the statement urged them to separate themselves from “the remnants of the Islamic Republic.” The Alliance advised them “not to miss this final opportunity to turn their backs on the enemy and choose the side of their nation,” according to the statement.
The Alliance also highlighted the need for wisdom and prudence in dealing with the current developments. It noted that “all people of Kurdistan must approach these changes with prudence and maturity,” warning against “impulsive actions and personal acts of revenge that could jeopardize public security and community safety.”
In addition, the statement called on individuals to prioritize their personal safety, requesting that they “remain as far as possible from the regime’s military and security centers.”
Concluding its declaration, the Alliance called for solidarity among the population. It urged “our people – especially merchants, shopkeepers, and landlords – to look out for each other, particularly renters, the poor, and the homeless, so that we may overcome these difficult days through mutual support,” as stated in the declaration.
